- Is this real 14k gold?
- Yes, the pendant and chain are listed as 14k gold, not plated. That means the color is gold all the way through and will not flake off like plating.
- How big is the cross?
- It is a small cross, sized as a delicate pendant rather than a statement piece. Shoppers repeatedly say it looks bigger in photos than in person, so check the listed dimensions before buying.
- Is it good for a child or teen?
- The small size and fine chain suit a child or teen, and it is a common baptism or first communion gift. The thin chain is the weak point for rough daily wear.
- Is $180 a good price?
- It is the only new price tracked, $180 at Macy's as of November 7, 2026, so there is no cheaper store to compare. For solid 14k gold that is a typical entry price; watch for Macy's jewelry sales if you can wait.
- Can I wear it every day?
- Yes, but treat the fine chain gently. Take it off for sports, sleeping and showers to avoid kinks and tangles.
