What size is the Magefesa Nova?

It holds 0.98 gallons, roughly 4 quarts, and measures about 13.5 inches deep, 8 inches wide and 11.5 inches tall. That suits two to four people, not large batch cooking.

Does it work on an induction cooktop?

Yes. Magefesa lists induction among its functions, and the stainless steel base also works on gas and electric ranges.

Is the pot dishwasher safe?

Yes, the body is listed as dishwasher safe. Hand washing the lid and gasket is still gentler on the sealing ring.

Is $116.99 a good price?

That is the best new price across the two stores listing it as of November 7, 2026. With only two sellers, compare both before buying.

What comes in the box?

Expect the cooker body, stainless lid, pressure regulator and gasket. Check the listing for any included rack or trivet.

Is it good for canning?

No. At about 4 quarts it is too small for most canning loads, and Magefesa does not list it as a canner.
