Is this worth buying?

Yes if you need to drive screws in a tight corner and already own a 1/4-inch hex driver. At $7.69 it costs less than most single bits, but don't expect it to replace a dedicated right-angle drill.

Will it fit my drill?

It fits any drill driver or impact driver with a standard 1/4-inch hex chuck. That covers most modern cordless drills and impact drivers.

What is the maximum speed?

The attachment is rated to 400 RPM. Keep your drill in low gear and use it for driving and light drilling only.

Does it hold bits securely?

The holder is magnetic, which keeps standard 1/4-inch hex bits in place. Very small bits can still wobble in a right-angle head.

What comes in the box?

One right-angle bit extender/holder. Bits and the drill are not included.

Our take on the Magnetic 1/4" Hex Shank Right Angle Drill Attachment

A 1/4-inch hex right-angle adapter that lets a drill or impact driver reach screws and bits in tight, close-quarter spots where the tool body won't fit. It has a magnetic bit holder, a steel body, and a 400 RPM maximum speed, so it is for light drilling and driving, not heavy torque work. At $7.69 at Amazon as of November 4, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent price range, and three stores carry it new.
