Marí Mayans family’s flagship product, Hierbas Ibicencas, came into existence on Formentera, the birthplace of founder Juan Marí Mayans. Logistical considerations later prompted the company’s relocation to Ibiza.

Ibicencas Herbs are defined in the regulations of the geographical name as aniseed-flavored liqueur mainly by extracting aromas of various plants from the processing area such as fennel, thyme, rosemary, grass-Luisa, lavender, rue, eucalyptus, chamomile, juniper berries juniper, marjoram, mint, grass, healthy, leaves and lemon and orange peel, and sage in the presence of other plants such as star anise or star anise and anise or matafalu
