Our take on the Marnur Flannel & Sherpa Electric Heated Blanket, Twin, 62x84, Blue

The Marnur Flannel & Sherpa Electric Heated Blanket is a corded twin-size throw (62 x 84 in) with a flannel face, sherpa backing and six heat settings. It is machine washable, has a 14.1 ft cord, and weighs in at a dense 400 gsm. It is a budget-tier heated blanket rather than a premium one, so expect basic controls and no independent safety listing.

Questions and answers

Is the Marnur heated blanket worth it?
It is a reasonable budget pick if you want a soft, washable twin blanket with six settings. If safety certification matters to you, spend more on a UL- or ETL-listed blanket.
Does it have a safety certification?
No. The listing shows no NRTL listing, so it lacks UL, ETL or comparable third-party electrical certification.
What size is it, and will it fit a twin bed?
It measures 62 x 84 in, which covers a twin bed with some overhang. It is not offered in larger sizes.
Can I machine wash it?
Yes, it is machine washable. Detach the cord and controller first and follow the care label.
How many heat settings does it have?
Six. There is one heating zone, so the whole blanket runs at the same setting.
When is it cheapest?
Heated blankets usually drop in price in late fall and around Black Friday. Check the price history before buying.
