- Is the purple finish painted or stained?
- It is a factory-applied painted finish on a fiberglass slab, so it arrives ready to hang without painting. Touch-ups after dings are easier with matching exterior paint.
- What does right-hand inswing mean?
- The door swings inward, and the hinges are on the right when viewed from outside. Check your opening before ordering, since reversing the swing is not a simple swap.
- Does the glass need special care?
- The clear glass is sealed in the slab and cleans like a window. Clear glass shows interior activity, so consider a film or curtain if privacy matters.
- Will it fit a standard doorway?
- It is a 36-inch wide, 80-inch tall slab in a prehung frame, which matches common front door openings. Measure your rough opening and confirm the 4-9/16-inch jamb depth fits your wall.
- Is $2,272.39 a good price?
- Only one store lists it new at that price as of November 8, 2026, so there is no lower new price to compare. Prehung fiberglass doors with glass typically run from about $1,000 to $3,000 depending on size and finish.
