Is the MaxKare heated sherpa blanket worth it?

At $24.98 at Amazon as of November 4, 2026, it is a low-cost way to add warmth to a couch or chair. Expect throw-level heat and size, not a bed-sized blanket.

What size is it, and will it cover a bed?

It measures 50 by 60 inches, which covers a lap, a chair or a twin bed. It is too small to cover a full, queen or king mattress.

Can I machine wash it?

Yes, the blanket is listed as machine washable. Detach the cord and controller first, and follow the care label for drying.

Does it have two heat zones or a timer?

The listing does not specify dual zones or a timer. Check the controller details on the specific listing before buying if those features matter to you.

When is the cheapest time to buy it?

Heated blankets usually drop during fall and winter sales and Black Friday events. The best new price was $24.98 at Amazon as of November 4, 2026, so compare against that figure.
