Best forFirst-time pressure cooker buyersFamilies cooking 4 to 6 servingsAnyone replacing a stovetop pressure cookerBudget kitchens that want presets
Pros
  • 6-quart capacity suits whole chickens and large batches of beans or stew
  • 14 preset programs cover rice, soup, meat and more without manual timing
  • Stainless steel pot and body, with a dishwasher-safe inner pot
  • Locking carry handle adds a safety step when moving a pressurized pot
  • 1000 W draw is modest for a 6-quart electric cooker
  • $74.99 at Newegg.com as of November 7, 2026 is a low entry price for the size
Cons
  • Tempered glass lid is not the locking pressure lid, so check which lid is in use
  • 2-hour maximum timer is short for slow-cook style recipes
  • No multi-piece set: one pot, one lid, no steamer basket or rack listed
  • Plastic handle is the part most likely to wear
  • Digital presets can't be fine-tuned the way a stovetop cooker allows
