Is the Shrewsbury fan worth it?

For a small bedroom or office, yes. You get a fan, a dimmable LED light and a remote in one unit. For a large living room, its 20-inch span will not move enough air.

Can this fan be used outdoors?

No. It is rated for indoor use only, so keep it out of covered porches, bathrooms and damp spaces.

Does the light dim and what color is it?

Yes, the integrated LED is dimmable through the remote. It puts out 1200 lumens at 3000K, a warm white similar to a soft incandescent bulb.

Does the fan reverse for winter?

No. The motor is not reversible, so it only pushes air downward. You cannot switch it to an updraft for heating season.

What comes in the box?

The fan, the integrated LED light kit, three blades and a remote control are included. A downrod is used for mounting, and the listing does not state a separate wall control.

When is the price lowest?

The recent low was $147.99 on November 1, 2026, against $149.99 on November 3, 2026. The gap is only $2, so waiting for a big drop is unlikely to pay off.
