Can I add more storage?

Yes. It takes Seagate or Western Digital expansion cards in the rear slot. Regular USB drives run backward-compatible games only.

Does it play Xbox One and 360 games?

Yes, for titles available digitally and on the backward-compatibility list. Disc-based games will not work without a drive.

Our take on the Microsoft Xbox Series X 1TB Digital Edition Robot White

The Xbox Series X Digital Edition is Microsoft's all-digital version of its flagship console, sold in Robot White with 1TB of internal storage and no disc drive. It plays the same 4K games as the disc model, supports up to 120 fps on compatible TVs, and includes a wireless controller with motion control. It is the cheapest way into full Series X performance, though every game must be bought digitally.
