Questions and answers

Is the divider panel included?
Yes. The crate ships with a divider panel so you can shrink the space for a puppy and expand it as the dog grows.
What size crate does my dog need?
Measure your dog nose to tail base and add 2 to 4 inches. The dog should stand, turn and lie down without crouching. The 22-inch size suits small breeds; larger sizes fit bigger dogs.
Does it fold flat for travel?
Yes. The frame collapses flat without tools, which makes it easier to store or move between rooms and cars.
Is it chew-proof?
No. It is a standard wire crate. Dogs that panic or chew hard can bend the wire or work the latch, so it is not a substitute for a heavy-duty escape-proof crate.
Single door or double door?
Both styles exist. A double door helps when the crate sits in a corner or against a wall, since you can open the side facing the room.
When is it cheapest?
Wire crates like this usually drop during back-to-school and holiday sales and during pet-store promotions. Check the price history before buying.
