Is the Miele CM 6160 worth $2,699?

It is a premium super-automatic with a built-in grinder and one-touch milk frothing. If you drink milk drinks daily and want Miele build quality, the price is in line with that class. If you mostly drink black coffee, a simpler machine costs far less.

How does it compare with the CM 6360 MilkPerfection?

The CM 6360 adds a larger color display and more drink profiles, while the CM 6160 keeps the same core grinder and milk system. Choose the 6160 if you want the essentials at a lower price.

How often do I need to refill the water tank?

The tank holds about 0.48 gal, roughly enough for a handful of drinks. Plan on refilling it most days in a two-person household.

Does it work with an app?

No. The machine has built-in Wi-Fi but no app control; all settings are made on the unit's display.

What is included in the box?

Expect the machine, a milk hose and container connection, a cleaning tablet or two, and a descaling starter. Check the listing for the exact accessory set.
