Does this include the multi-tool or a charger?

No. It is two 5.0Ah M12 batteries only. The M12 Fuel oscillating multi-tool and the M12 charger are sold separately.

Will these fit my M12 Fuel oscillating multi-tool?

Yes. Every M12 battery fits every M12 tool, including the M12 Fuel multi-tool, and charges on any M12 charger.

How much longer does a 5.0Ah pack run than a 2.0Ah?

About two and a half times, since capacity scales with amp-hours. Real runtime depends on the material and the load.

Can I use these in M18 tools?

No. These are 12V M12 packs and only fit M12 tools. M18 tools need M18 batteries.

Are High Output packs different from standard M12 batteries?

Yes. High Output cells are built to deliver more current, so Fuel tools run closer to full power under load than with standard packs.

Our take on the Milwaukee M12 Fuel Oscillating Multi-Tool Battery Pack

This is a two-pack of Milwaukee's M12 RedLithium High Output 5.0Ah batteries, the 12V packs that run the M12 Fuel line, including the M12 Fuel oscillating multi-tool. Each pack holds 5.0Ah at 12V, roughly double the runtime of the standard 2.0Ah M12 battery, and the High Output cells are built to deliver more current to Fuel tools. It is a battery kit, not a tool: no charger and no multi-tool are included.
