Is the Mini Keychain Camera worth it?

For $15.96 it is a cheap way to get a pocketable 1080p camera with a screen and a 32GB card included. Expect snapshots and short clips, not phone-camera quality.

How long does the battery last?

About 40-45 minutes per charge. That covers short outings; for a full day you would need a power bank or a second camera.

Does it come with a memory card?

Yes, a 32GB microSD card is included. Check that it is seated in the slot before first use.

Can I transfer photos to my phone?

Not wirelessly. Files move over Micro USB to a computer, so you need a cable and a device with a USB port.

It suits older children as a first camera because it is small, simple and inexpensive. The small screen and short battery life mean it is best for short sessions.

At $15.96 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, it is already near the bottom of the market for this type of camera. Watch for bundle deals rather than deep discounts.

Our take on the Mini Keychain Camera

The Mini Keychain Camera MG-Y4000 is a thumb-sized 1080p camera with a 1.4-inch screen, an 8MP CMOS sensor and a 32GB microSD card in the box. It weighs about 100 grams and measures roughly 45mm on each side, so it clips to keys or a bag and shoots JPEG stills and MP4 video. Its 40-45 minute battery is the main limit for a day out. At $15.96 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, it is the only new listing and sits at the low end of what these novelty cameras cost.
