Is this rug actually machine washable?

The listing calls the latex back washable, but The Home Depot highlights say spot clean. Follow the care label on the rug; for a 2'6" x 4'2" runner, a front-loading machine is the safer bet if you do wash it.

Will it fit a standard hallway?

At 2'6" wide and 4'2" long, it suits short hallways, entryways and kitchen runs. Measure your space first, since a longer hall may need two runners or a longer size.

Does it need a rug pad?

The listing recommends one for extra cushioning, and a pad also keeps a low-pile runner from sliding on hard floors. Buy a pad sized to 2'6" x 4'2".

Is it good for homes with pets?

The low pile and stain-resistant polyester are a reasonable fit for pets, and the pattern hides marks. It is indoor only, so keep it out of mudrooms that get wet.

Is $47.06 a good price?

It is the only new price we track as of November 7, 2026, at The Home Depot, so there is no recent range to judge it against. Compare it with similar 2'6" x 4'2" washable runners before buying.

No. The listing says indoor only, and the latex back and polyester pile are not built for weather or direct sun.
