Is this pack good value compared with a tub?

Per serving, sachets usually cost more than a 1 kg or 2.5 kg tub. Buy the variety pack to test flavors, then move to a tub for regular use.

About 19 g of protein per serving, with 1 g sugar and no trans fat. That fits a post-workout shake or a between-meals top-up.

Is it suitable for lactose intolerance?

It is whey concentrate, which contains some lactose. If you react to dairy, consider a whey isolate instead.

Is it certified for sport?

Yes, it carries Informed Choice certification, meaning batches are tested for banned substances. That matters if you compete under anti-doping rules.

Ten single-serve sachets in assorted flavors, so you can sample before buying a full tub.
