Our take on the Naturefalls 3-Seat Chenille Reclining Sofa with Drop-Down Table and Console

The Naturefalls 3-Seat Chenille Reclining Sofa is a 79-inch-wide manual recliner in brown chenille with pillow-top arms, a tight back and a center console that drops down into a table with two cup holders. It seats three and lets the two end seats recline, so it fits living rooms and family rooms where people watch TV together. Chenille is soft and warm but shows crushing and marks more than leather or woven flat fabrics. No current price was provided, so check the latest best price against its recent range before buying.

Questions and answers

Is this sofa worth it?
It depends on price. You get two recliners, a drop-down table and cup holders in one fabric sofa, which is good value if the price sits near the low end of its recent range. Check the current price against its history before deciding.
Does the middle seat recline?
No. Only the two end seats recline. The center section holds the drop-down table and console, so it stays fixed.
How much room do I need behind it?
It is 39 inches deep, and a recliner needs several inches of clearance behind it to fully recline. Leave roughly 6 to 10 inches from the wall, or more if you recline often.
Is chenille good for pets and kids?
Chenille is soft but tends to pill and hold marks, so it is not the toughest choice for claws or spills. A slipcover or a tighter-weave fabric would wear better in a busy home.
Is it power or manual recline?
It is a manual recliner. You push back on the seat to recline, with no motor, remote or power outlet needed.
When is it cheapest?
Fabric reclining sofas usually drop during holiday sales and end-of-season clearance. Track its price history and buy when the price is near its recent low.
