Best forCommuting on paved streets and bike lanesRiders up to about 260 lbBuyers who want a mid-speed scooter under $500Riders who prefer larger 10-inch tires
Pros
  • 20 mph top speed suits bike lanes and short commutes
  • 10-inch tubeless tires roll over cracks better than small solid wheels
  • 264.6 lb weight capacity is high for the class
  • IPX5 rating handles splashes and light rain
  • Regenerative braking adds some range in stop-and-go riding
  • Best new price of $448.99 is low for the specs
Cons
  • 50 lbs is heavy to carry up stairs or onto transit
  • Drum plus regenerative braking is weaker than disc brakes
  • 46.6-mile range is an ideal figure; real range at 20 mph will be much lower
  • No suspension listed, so rough pavement will be felt
  • Peak motor rating says little about sustained power

Questions and answers

Is the NAVEE GT3 Max worth $448.99?
At $448.99 at Macy's as of November 3, 2026, it is a fair price for a 20 mph scooter with a 48V battery and 10-inch tires. It makes sense if you want speed and stability and don't need to carry it far.
How fast does it actually go?
The listed top speed is 20 mph, which is the common cap for scooters sold in this class. Expect to reach that only on flat ground with a lighter rider.
What is the real range?
The claimed 46.6 miles is an ideal figure at low speed. At 20 mph with an adult rider, expect roughly half that or less, and less again in cold weather or on hills.
Is it too heavy to carry?
At 50 lbs it is a two-hand lift for short distances. It is fine for a few steps or a trunk, but not for daily stairs or crowded trains.
Can I ride it in the rain?
The IPX5 rating means it tolerates splashes and light rain, not submersion or heavy downpours. Dry the deck and charge port before charging.
Does it come with a charger and what else is in the box?
It ships with its charger and the usual paperwork. Check the listing for any included accessories such as a bell or tools before ordering.
