Is this tree a good size for a small apartment?

Yes. At 3 feet it works on a table, desk or in a tight corner. It will not stand in for a full-size living room tree.

Does it come with lights already on it?

Yes. The tree is pre-lit with white LED lights, so you do not need to add a strand.

It is built as an indoor decorative tree. Keep it out of rain and direct weather unless you add your own protection.

It is roughly half the height and much narrower. Expect fewer branch tips and a lighter look than a full-size tree.
