Best forSmall apartments and dormsPorches and entrywaysTabletop and desk displaysShoppers who want lights pre-strung
Pros
  • Lights are pre-strung, so no separate light strands to buy or untangle
  • 3 ft tall with an 18-inch spread fits tight corners and tabletops
  • Rated for outdoor use, unlike most tabletop trees
  • 40 multicolor bulbs give a traditional look
Cons
  • At $78.99 it is priced high for a 3-foot tree
  • Only 40 bulbs, so coverage will be sparse on a 36-inch tree
  • Multicolor lights only; no warm white option
  • Small size limits it to accents, not a main tree

Questions and answers

Is $78.99 a good price for this tree?
It is the best new price among the 3 stores that carry it as of November 7, 2026, but it is at the high end of the tree's recent range. A 3-foot pre-lit tree often sells for less, so wait for a markdown if you are not in a hurry.
Can this tree really go outside?
Yes. The listing says it is suitable for outdoors, so it can sit on a covered porch or by a door. Keep the plug and cord out of standing water and use a GFCI outlet.
How many lights does it have?
40 multicolor bulbs on a 36-inch tree. That is fairly sparse, so expect visible gaps between lights, especially up close.
What are its dimensions?
It stands 36 inches tall and spreads 18 inches wide and deep. That footprint fits a small entryway, a desk or a narrow porch corner.
Does it come with a stand?
Puleo's 3-foot pre-lit trees typically include a basic stand or base, but the listing does not confirm it. Check the box contents before ordering if a stand matters to you.
When is it cheapest?
Pre-lit trees usually drop after Thanksgiving and again in early January. Track the price history and buy on a dip rather than at the current $78.99.
Where is the Puleo International Pre-Lit Arctic Fir Artificial 3 ft cheapest?
At Michaels, for $78.99, as of our latest check.
Where can I buy the Puleo International Pre-Lit Arctic Fir Artificial 3 ft?
3 stores we checked sell it, including Michaels, Lowe's, Kohl's.
