Is the Neoriver 24-inch cruiser worth it?

It is a reasonable buy for light, flat-ground riding at a low price. If you ride often or on hills, a lighter aluminum bike with better components is worth the extra money.

Who is the 24-inch size for?

It suits shorter adult women, roughly 5'0" to 5'5", and some teens. Taller riders should look at a 26-inch cruiser.

Does it come assembled?

It typically ships partly assembled, so you will need to fit the front wheel, handlebars, seat and pedals. A shop tune-up is a good idea.

How does it handle hills?

The 7 speeds help on gentle slopes, but the steel frame and cruiser gearing make steep climbs hard work.

Our take on the Neoriver 24 inch 7-Speed Women's Beach Cruiser

The Neoriver 24-inch 7-Speed Women's Beach Cruiser is a steel-framed cruiser with a step-through frame, swept-back bars and a 7-speed drivetrain for flat roads and gentle hills. The 24-inch wheels and women's fit suit riders roughly 5'0" to 5'5", and it comes in blue, green, pink and purple. It is a budget cruiser, so expect basic components and a heavier ride than an aluminum hybrid. Ratings average 3.2 out of 5 from 42 ratings, which suggests mixed owner satisfaction.
