Questions and answers

Is it worth the price?
At $224.70 at OJCommerce.com as of November 4, 2026, you pay for solid wood and factory assembly. Comparable tall trees in particleboard cost less but tend to wobble with a large cat.
Does it really come assembled?
Yes. It ships fully assembled and free-standing, so you only need to place it. Plan for a 90 lb delivery and a clear path to its spot.
Will it hold a large cat?
It is rated for large cats, with a 24 by 24 inch footprint and a sturdy base. The 90 lb weight helps keep it from tipping when a cat jumps.
How much floor space does it take?
About 24 by 24 inches of floor and 66 inches of height. Leave clearance around it for jumping and scratching.
When is the price lowest?
Only two stores list it new, so discounts are rare. Compare both listings and watch for sitewide promotions rather than expecting deep cuts.
