Is the Ninja BL770 worth it?

Yes for buyers who want one machine for smoothies, chopping, and dough at under $200. It is less refined than a Vitamix but costs a fraction as much.

How does it compare with the Ninja BL660?

The BL770 adds the 8-cup food processor bowl, dough blade, and two personal cups. The BL660 is pitcher-only and usually cheaper.

Can it crush ice and frozen fruit?

Yes. The 1,500–1,600-watt motor and stacked blade assembly crush ice and frozen fruit without much liquid, which is the main reason to pick it over weaker blenders.

What comes in the box?

The motor base, 72 oz pitcher with lid, 8-cup bowl with lid, dough blade, two 16 oz cups with lids, and a recipe guide.

How big is it, and will it fit under cabinets?

The base is about 16.6 lb and the pitcher is tall, so measure your clearance before buying. It fits under standard cabinets with the lid on but leaves little room to spare.

It drops below $150 during Black Friday and back-to-school sales. At $174.99 it is a normal price, not a low.

Our take on the Ninja BL770 Mega Kitchen System

The Ninja BL770 Mega Kitchen System is a 1,500–1,600-watt countertop blender that doubles as a food processor and personal blender. It pairs a 72 oz pitcher (64 oz max liquid fill) with an 8-cup processing bowl, a dough blade, and two 16 oz cups, so one base handles smoothies, chopped vegetables, and dough. Its 10 speeds and task-based programs are built for heavy ice crushing and large batches. At $174.99 it sits near the middle of its recent price range, a typical street price rather than a low.
