Is this boot actually safety rated?

Yes. The steel toe cap is listed to ASTM 2413-18, and the midsole is puncture resistant. It is not listed as electrical hazard or metatarsal rated.

How does the side zipper affect fit?

The zipper lets you put the boot on without unlacing, but you still need to lace it to your foot for a secure fit. Expect the ankle shaft to need a short break-in.

Is $46.99 a good price?

It is the lowest price seen since tracking began on November 3, 2026, matching the $46.99 low against a high of $50.99. The gap is small, so waiting for a bigger drop is unlikely to pay off.

Can I replace the insole?

Yes. The shock-absorbent cushion insole is removable, so you can swap in your own orthotic or a fresh insole.

What is the boot made of?

The upper combines leather and textile, with a rubber outsole. It is made in China.
