Is this rug a runner or a room-size rug?

It is a runner: about 27.6 inches wide by 91.2 inches long, roughly 2'4" by 7'7". It suits hallways and narrow spaces rather than a living room.

Can it be used outdoors?

No. Nourison lists the Grafix GRF19 as indoor only, so keep it out of rain and direct sun.

The polypropylene pile can be spot cleaned with mild soap and water and vacuumed regularly. Use a vacuum without a beater bar on the high pile to limit fuzzing.

Does it need a rug pad?

A pad is recommended. The backing is thin, and owners say the rug slides and feels flat without one.

Our take on the Nourison Grafix GRF19

The Nourison Grafix GRF19 is a machine-made polypropylene area rug in a gray multicolor floral pattern, sized about 2'4" by 7'7" — a runner shape. It has a high pile and no fringe, and it is made in Turkey and the USA. At $38.49 at Kohl's as of November 7, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent price range, which makes it a cheap way to add pattern to a hallway or entry.
