Is the Nourison Grafix GRF37 suitable for outdoors?

No. It is labeled for indoor use only, even though polypropylene is sometimes used outdoors.

What size is this rug?

It measures about 27.6 inches wide by 144 inches long, roughly 2 feet 4 inches by 12 feet, a long runner.

Does it need a rug pad?

A pad is recommended. The woven backing is thin, and a pad keeps the rug from sliding and helps it lie flat.

Vacuum regularly and blot spills with mild soap and water. The polypropylene pile resists stains, but avoid harsh chemicals.
