Is $150.31 a good price for this rug?

Yes. That is at the low end of its recent range, and it is the best new price among the two stores that carry it as of November 8, 2026.

Is this rug soft enough for a living room?

It has a high polypropylene pile, so it feels soft underfoot. It is not a dense, plush wool rug, but it suits casual seating areas.

Polypropylene resists stains and wipes clean, but the high pile traps pet hair and needs frequent vacuuming.

The Grafix line is sold in several sizes. This listing is the 9' x 12' rectangle, which suits a full seating area or a large bedroom.

It arrives rolled and may show creases. Give it a few days, and reverse-roll or weight the edges to help it settle.

No. A 9' x 12' rug is too large for a home washer. Spot clean with mild detergent and vacuum regularly.
