Our take on the Novilla 14 inch Size Medium Cooling Gel Memory Foam Bed-in-a-Box Mattress

The Novilla 14-inch Cooling Gel Memory Foam mattress is a bed-in-a-box with a Eurotop cover and gel-infused foam meant to sleep cooler than plain memory foam. It comes in Full, Queen and King, and the 14-inch profile suits people who want a plusher, taller bed. The adjustable-bed designation means it can be used on an adjustable base. Its 3.4-star rating from 48 buyers is middling, so expect a mixed reception on firmness and durability.

Questions and answers

Is the Novilla 14-inch mattress worth it?
It is a budget-friendly tall foam mattress with a soft Eurotop. If you want a plush feel at a low price, it fits; if you need firm support or strong cooling, look elsewhere.
How does it compare with the 10-inch version?
The 14-inch adds about 4 inches of foam, so it feels plusher and sits higher. The 10-inch is firmer and better for people who dislike sinking into a bed.
Does the cooling gel actually keep it cool?
Gel infusion helps a little, but this is still memory foam that traps some heat. Hot sleepers should pair it with breathable bedding or consider a hybrid.
What sizes and heights are available?
It comes in Full, Queen and King, in 10-inch and 14-inch thicknesses. The Queen measures about 80 inches long and 76 inches wide.
Can I use it on an adjustable bed?
Yes. Novilla lists it as suitable for adjustable beds, and the foam flexes with the base.
When is the price lowest?
Foam bed-in-a-box prices usually drop around major sales events like Black Friday and Memorial Day. Check the price history before buying.
What do buyers say about the Novilla 14 inch Size Medium Cooling Gel Memory Foam Bed-in-a-Box Mattress?
Rated 3.4 out of 5 from 48 ratings.
