Is the OluKai Aka W actually waterproof?

Yes. The listing specifies a waterproof upper, so splashes and wet floors are fine. It is a slide, so water can still reach your foot through the open toe.

Can I wear it outside?

Yes, for short trips like the patio, mailbox or pool deck. The slide design and flat sole are not built for long walks or uneven ground.

Only one new price is listed, $50 at Shop Simon as of November 7, 2026, so there is no recent range to compare. Treat it as the current market price rather than a confirmed discount.

Does it come in other colors?

This page covers the Cloud Blue colorway. Check the store listing for other colors before buying if color matters to you.

OluKai footwear generally runs true to size, but slides fit loosely by design. If you are between sizes or want a snugger fit, consider sizing down.

Our take on the OluKai Aka W - Cloud Blue

The OluKai Aka W is a women's open-toe slide slipper in Cloud Blue, built with a waterproof upper and a cushioned footbed for indoor and light outdoor wear. It is a simple, low-profile house and patio slipper rather than a supportive walking sandal. At $50 at Shop Simon as of November 7, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare against.
