Is the OluKai Moloa worth $139.99?

It is a well-built leather slipper that lasts, so the price is fair if you wear slippers daily. If you want a cheap pair for light use, it is overkill.

Can I wear the Moloa outside?

Yes. The rubber outsole is made for short trips to the mailbox, patio or store.

How does the Moloa fit?

Most buyers take their normal size. The leather stretches a little, so a snug fit out of the box is normal.

Does it need breaking in?

Yes. Expect a stiff first week while the leather softens and the footbed molds to your foot.

Is it machine washable?

No. Wipe the leather with a damp cloth and let it air dry.

When is the Moloa cheapest?

It rarely drops far below full price. Watch for seasonal sales and end-of-season clearances on older colors.

Our take on the OluKai Men's Moloa Slippers

The OluKai Moloa is a men's leather slipper with a rubber outsole, built to be worn indoors and out. It is known for a soft, unlined leather upper and a drop-in footbed that molds to the foot. The best new price is $139.99 at Zappos as of November 7, 2026, with two stores pricing it new. That sits near the top of its usual range, so it is not a discount moment.
