Is $119.99 a good price for the OluKai Honu?

It is the best new price found as of November 7, 2026, at Zappos, with three stores selling it new. OluKai sandals rarely drop far below list, so this is close to typical.

Do the Honu sandals run true to size?

They come in US sizes 5 to 11 at normal width. Leather thong sandals usually fit best with a little room at the heel, so try your usual size first.

Are they good for walking all day?

The polyurethane footbed and half-inch platform give more cushioning than a flat flip-flop, and at 8 ounces they stay light. They suit errands and travel more than long hikes.

What is the upper made of?

Leather, with a leather and microfiber lining. That means more comfort than rubber but also some care to keep it looking good.

How do they compare with cheaper rubber flip-flops?

You pay for leather, a contoured footbed and arch support. If you only need poolside footwear, a basic rubber pair costs far less.

Our take on the OluKai Women's Honu Sandals

The OluKai Honu is a women's leather thong sandal with a polyurethane and leather footbed, a leather and microfiber lining, and a rubber and synthetic outsole. It weighs about 8 ounces and sits on a half-inch platform, so it is a cushioned everyday flip-flop rather than a flat rubber pair. The best new price is $119.99 at Zappos as of November 7, 2026, with three stores selling it new. That is full OluKai premium pricing, so watch for markdowns outside peak summer.
