Is the Parker Sofa Sleeper good for everyday sleeping?

It is a sofa sleeper built for occasional guests rather than nightly use. The seat cushions are fiber-wrapped foam, so expect to add a mattress topper for longer stays.

How does performance velvet hold up?

Performance velvet is treated to resist spills and stains, and the zip-off cushion covers can be removed for cleaning. Hand-finished upholstery can still show crushing and shading in high-traffic spots.

It is 77 inches wide, 39 inches deep and 32 inches high, with a 70-inch seat. Measure doorways and turns before delivery, since the frame ships assembled or partly assembled depending on the seller.

Can I use it in a rental or office?

Yes. It is contract-grade, meaning it is built to commercial durability standards, so it suits lounges and rentals as well as homes.

Is $2,349 a good price?

It is the only new price listed as of November 6, 2026, at west elm, so there is no recent low to compare it with. Watch for seasonal furniture sales before buying.
