The Pearl Roadshow RS525SC is a complete five-piece acoustic kit aimed at beginners and casual players. It bundles a bass drum, mounted tom, floor tom, snare, hi-hat and cymbals, so a new drummer needs little beyond sticks and a throne. Shells are poplar, and the kit ships in a bronze finish. At $725.99 at Sweetwater as of November 7, 2026, it sits at the top of its recent range, with three stores pricing it new.

Owner feedback on the Roadshow is generally positive for a beginner kit. Buyers say assembly is straightforward and the hardware holds up. The most common complaint is the quality of the included cymbals.
