How many sheets can it bind at once?

Up to 5 sheets. For anything thicker, use a standard stapler.

Does it need staples or refills?

No. It punches and folds the paper itself, so there is nothing to refill.

Can I shred documents bound with it?

Yes. There is no metal, so bound pages can go straight into a shredder or scanner.

What paper size does it take?

It is sized for A4 paper and works on standard letter-size sheets as well.

Is it good for kids or classroom use?

Yes. With no staples, there are no sharp points, which makes it a safer choice for children.

When is the best time to buy?

With only one store listing it new at $3.92 as of November 6, 2026, there is little price competition, so watch for back-to-school sales.
