Is $9.99 a good price for this humidifier?

Yes. $9.99 at Amazon as of November 3, 2026 is at the bottom of its recent range, and only two stores list it new. At this price there is little downside to trying it.

How long does one fill last?

The 2 L tank is rated for more than 20 hours, but the auto shutoff stops it after 9 hours of operation. In practice you refill every day or two depending on the mist mode.

How much area can it humidify?

At 3 W it puts out a light cool mist suited to a desk, bedside table or small office, not a full room. Expect a modest bump in local humidity near you.

What comes in the box?

The humidifier, a USB charging cable, one long cotton filter, one short cotton filter and a user manual. The two wick lengths let you fit it to different bottle or tank setups.

Can I power it from a laptop or power bank?

Yes. It runs over USB, so a laptop port, power bank, USB adapter or desktop port all work. That makes it easy to move between home, office and travel.

How loud is it at night?

It is rated under 32 dB, which is close to a quiet whisper. The 7-color night light can stay on while it runs, and the 9-hour shutoff covers a night's sleep.
