Is the Levoit NeoClassic Mini worth it?

At $34.00 at eBay as of November 3, 2026, it is a low-cost way to add moisture to a bedroom or small office. It makes the most sense if you want quiet mist and easy cleaning rather than high output.

How big a room will it humidify?

Levoit rates it for up to 335 sq ft, based on an internal lab test. Real-world results depend on ceiling height, door openings and how dry the air is.

How long does the tank last?

Levoit claims up to 24 hours of runtime, but only on the lowest mist setting. Expect much shorter runs on higher settings.

Does it need distilled water?

Distilled or filtered water is recommended for ultrasonic humidifiers. Tap water with high mineral content can leave white dust on surfaces.

Can I put essential oils in it?

Yes, it supports aromatherapy. Add oil only where the instructions specify, and clean the tray regularly so residue does not build up.

Small humidifiers like this usually drop during seasonal sales and in late winter. The current $34.00 at eBay as of November 3, 2026 is already near the low end of its range.
