Power Plate MOVE Vibration Platform

The Power Plate MOVE Vibration Platform is a columnless vibration platform run from large, simple buttons on the base or a handheld remote, in four finishes. Three set frequencies, 30, 35 and 40 Hz, each run at Low or High amplitude for six levels in all. The digital timer counts up to a full nine minutes, and 30 and 60 second presets on the remote cover shorter sets. PrecisionWave Technology, the harmonic vibration system inside the plate, holds whichever setting you choose. The base supports a full 300 lb, and at 85 lb one person can shift it between rooms without taking it apart.

It ships by UPS, and the strap set and rubber mat in the box are ready for the first session the day it arrives.

How it works

Frequency levels

Three set frequencies of 30, 35 and 40 Hz are each available at Low or High amplitude. Pairing them gives six levels, from the gentlest setting to the strongest.

A nine-minute count-up timer

The digital timer counts up from zero to a full nine minutes continuously, so a session does not stop at a preset. The 30 and 60 second presets are still there for short sets.
