Questions and answers

Is the PowerSmart 24-in two-stage blower worth $999.99?

At $999.99 at Lowe's as of November 4, 2026, it sits in the lower-middle of two-stage gas blower pricing. It is a reasonable buy if you need two-stage clearing and want to avoid premium brand prices, but compare against other 24-inch two-stage models before committing.

How much snow can it handle?

The 21-inch intake height and two-stage design let it take deeper, heavier snow than a single-stage blower. It is best suited to moderate to heavy snowfall rather than light dustings.

Does it have electric start?

The listed specs do not confirm electric start, so assume pull-start unless the retailer listing says otherwise. Check the product manual or store page before buying if easy starting matters to you.

What is included in the box?

The listed specs cover only the machine itself: gas power, two-stage design, 24-inch width and 21-inch intake. Confirm with Lowe's whether a chute-clearing tool, manual or engine oil is included.

When is it cheapest?

Snow blowers usually see the deepest discounts in late winter and early spring, and pre-season sales in fall. With only one new price listed as of November 4, 2026, watch for markdowns as the season progresses.

Where is the PowerSmart 24-in Two-Stage Gas Snow Blower cheapest?
