Are these elbow wraps or sleeves?

They are wraps. You wind the 36-inch strap around your elbow and fasten it with Velcro, so you control the tightness. Sleeves are pull-on and give fixed compression.

Will one size fit me?

One size is listed, and the 36-inch length gives room to wrap most adult arms. Very small or very large arms may run out of strap or need extra passes.

How tight should I wrap them?

Tight enough to feel compression and warmth, not so tight that your hand tingles or goes numb. Loosen and rewrap if circulation feels cut off.

Can I use them for bench press and overhead press?

Yes. They are made for weightlifting and suit pressing movements where elbow support helps. Many lifters also use them for triceps work.

Hand wash in cool water and air dry to protect the elastic and Velcro. Close the Velcro first so it does not snag the fabric.
