Our take on the DMoose Elbow Wraps 40-Inch

DMoose Elbow Wraps are 40-inch cotton wraps with hook-and-loop closures, sold in pairs for powerlifting and heavy pressing. The long length lets you wrap tight and adjust tension per set, and the hook-and-loop tabs make them faster to put on than plain wraps. At $20.25 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, they sit at the low end of the usual $20 to $30 range for this type of wrap.

Questions and answers

Are these wraps worth it for bench press?
Yes, if you want extra elbow support on heavy bench or overhead press. They wrap tight, adjust with hook-and-loop, and cost about $20.25 at eBay as of November 4, 2026.
How do these compare to an elbow sleeve?
Wraps give tighter, adjustable compression for heavy lifts but are not meant to be worn all day. A neoprene sleeve is better for general warmth and light support.
How tight should I wrap them?
Wrap firmly but not so tight that your hand goes numb or your arm tingles. Loosen the hook-and-loop tab between sets if needed.
What size are they?
One size, 40 inches long, so fit depends on your arm size and how many times you wrap. Most adults get three to four passes around the elbow.
What colors are available?
Pink stripes, American, black, brown and green, all with a striped pattern.
When is the best time to buy?
