Questions and answers

Is 1200 Nm enough for lug nuts?
Yes. 1200 Nm is well above the 100 to 150 Nm most car lug nuts need, and it covers most truck and SUV fasteners too. Use the lower speeds for smaller bolts to avoid over-tightening.
What comes in the box?
The wrench, two 4.0Ah 21V batteries and a charger. Check the listing for a case or sockets, since those are not listed in the specs.
Does it use standard 1/2-inch sockets?
Yes. The 1/2-inch anvil takes standard impact-rated sockets. Use impact sockets, not chrome hand sockets, at this torque level.
Is it safe to use on job sites?
The specs list no NRTL listing such as UL or ETL. If your site or insurer requires certified tools, confirm certification before buying.
How does it compare with a corded impact wrench?
It trades unlimited runtime for portability. With two batteries you get cordless convenience, but a corded unit never needs charging.
What do buyers say about the Protmex 1200N.m 1/2 inch Cordless Brushless High Torque Impact Wrench with 2x4.0Ah Batteries?
