Our take on the R.W.FLAME Elite 304 Stainless Steel 4-Burner LP Gas Grill

The R.W.FLAME Elite is a four-burner liquid-propane gas grill with a 304 stainless steel body, a heat-resistant handle, hanging hooks for tools and dual-brake wheels. It is built for patio, backyard and camping use, and the wheels make it easier to move than a fixed cart grill. Its price has been flat: $289.99 at Wayfair as of October 28, which is both the lowest and highest daily price on record, so there is no recent discount to wait for.

Pros
  • Four burners give separate hot and cooler zones for searing and finishing
  • 304 stainless steel body resists rust better than painted steel
  • Dual-brake wheels lock the grill in place and roll it away for storage
  • Heat-resistant handle and hanging hooks are practical touches
  • Price has held steady at $289.99, so no risk of overpaying versus recent weeks
Cons
  • Only 11 ratings, so the reliability record is thin
  • 3.9 out of 5 is a middling score for a grill
  • No side burner or rotisserie mentioned in the listed features
  • Stainless steel still needs regular cleaning to avoid grease stains
  • LP-only; no natural gas conversion listed

Questions and answers

Is the R.W.FLAME Elite worth $289.99?
For a four-burner 304 stainless grill, $289.99 is a low entry price. It has held at that level since October 28, so there is no cheaper recent price to wait for. Expect basic rather than premium build quality at this price.
What is included in the box?
The listing covers the grill body, four burners, heat-resistant handle, hanging hooks and dual-brake wheels. A propane tank and hose or regulator details are not specified, so confirm with the seller before ordering.
Does it work with a standard propane tank?
It is an LP gas grill, so it is designed for a standard liquid-propane tank. Check the listing for the included regulator and hose, since those are not confirmed.
How big is the cooking area?
Cooking area is not stated in the listed features. With four burners it is sized for a family cookout rather than a large party; confirm the exact square inches before buying.
Can I use it for camping?
The dual-brake wheels and portable design are listed for camping, patio and backyard cooking. It is still a full-size four-burner grill, so it suits car camping or tailgating more than backpacking.
When is it cheapest?
The lowest daily price on record is $289.99 on October 28, the same as the highest. There has been no movement, so holiday sales are the most likely time for a cut.
