Is the RadRover 6 Plus worth it?

At $1,599 at American Iron Cycles as of October 31, 2026, it is a reasonable price for a fat-tire e-bike with hydraulic brakes and a suspension fork. It suits riders who value stability and motor power over light weight.

How far can it really go on a charge?

The 48V 14Ah battery is rated for 40-72 km, but expect closer to the low end with heavy throttle use, hills or cold weather. Pedal assist at moderate levels gets you nearer the top figure.

Is it too heavy to carry?

Yes, at about 73.4 lb it is not practical to carry up stairs regularly. It is best for riders with ground-level storage or a rack.

Who is the high-step frame for?

The 16.5-inch high-step frame suits taller riders and those who want a stiffer frame. Shorter riders should check standover height before buying, since there is no step-through option here.

What size tires and wheels does it use?

It uses 24" x 4" fat tires, which give traction on loose ground but roll slower than narrower tires on pavement.

When is the best time to buy?

Only one price has been recorded, $1,599 on October 31, 2026, so there is no history to time a purchase against. Watch for seasonal sales on e-bikes in spring and late fall.
