Is a vertical mouse worth it for wrist pain?

Many people with wrist or forearm discomfort find the handshake grip of a vertical mouse easier on the wrist than a flat mouse. It is not a medical fix, and it can take a week or two to adjust.

How long does the battery last on a charge?

RadioShack does not publish a clear runtime figure for this model. Expect a few weeks of typical office use per charge, and keep the charging cable handy.

Will it work with a Mac or a Chromebook?

A standard wireless mouse like this generally works with Windows, macOS and ChromeOS through its USB receiver. Check that your device has a free USB-A port or an adapter.

Is it good for gaming?

No. It is an office mouse with a basic sensor and no adjustable DPI or extra buttons. Gamers should look at a dedicated gaming mouse.

What comes in the box?

Typically the mouse, a USB wireless receiver and a charging cable. Confirm the exact contents on the listing before you buy.

Our take on the RadioShack Rechargeable Ergonomic Wireless Mouse

The RadioShack Rechargeable Ergonomic Wireless Mouse is a vertical mouse built to keep your hand in a handshake position, which eases wrist strain compared with a flat mouse. It is rechargeable, so no disposable batteries, and it connects wirelessly. It is a basic budget option rather than a precision or gaming mouse. No current price was available to compare against its recent range.
