Questions and answers

Is the Rodenal floor lamp worth it?
At $37.99 it is a low-risk buy if you want a slim lamp with remote dimming and do not need app or voice control. The included smart bulb alone covers much of the cost.
Does it work with Alexa or Google Home?
Control is through the included remote, not a hub or voice assistant. Treat it as a remote-controlled lamp rather than a full smart-home fixture.
How tall is it and will it fit behind a sofa?
It stands 66.5 inches tall with an 8.7-inch base, so it clears most sofa backs and fits in narrow gaps. Check that the shade height suits your seating.
What comes in the box?
The lamp, the smart bulb and the remote are included. No hub or extra bulbs are needed.
When is the price lowest?
The lowest daily price seen was $37.99 on November 1, 2026, against a high of $41.99 on October 31, 2026. The current price sits at that low end.
Can I use a regular bulb instead?
The socket takes a standard bulb, but you lose remote dimming and color control unless you use the included smart bulb.

The lowest price we've seen is $37.99 at Wayfair on November 1.
