Is the Roku Select Series 4K TV worth it?

It is a good value if you mainly stream and want Roku built in without an extra device. If you care about deep blacks, bright HDR or gaming, spend more on a set with local dimming and a 120Hz panel.

Does it support Dolby Vision?

No. It supports HDR10 and HDR10+, not Dolby Vision. Dolby Audio is supported for sound.

Can I use it for gaming?

It works for casual gaming, but the 60Hz refresh rate and lack of variable refresh rate make it a poor fit for fast console games.

The TV, a stand, the Roku voice remote and power cables. Check the listing for the exact remote and stand included with your size.

Can I mount it on a wall?

Yes. It uses a 400mm x 300mm VESA mount, so check that your bracket matches before buying.

Roku TVs typically drop during Black Friday, Prime Day and back-to-school sales. Check the price history for your screen size before buying.

Our take on the Roku Class Select Series LED 4K Smart Roku TV

The Roku Select Series is Roku's own 4K LED smart TV, sold in several screen sizes with the Roku streaming platform built in. It uses a direct-lit LED panel with HDR10+ support, a 60Hz refresh rate and three HDMI ports, and it works with Alexa, Google Assistant and Siri. Picture quality is basic compared with midrange sets, but the software and remote are the draw. Pricing moves with screen size, so check the current price for the size you want against its recent range before buying.
