Is the Tab S8 Ultra worth it over the Tab S8 or S8+?

If you want the largest screen and a laptop replacement, the Ultra's 14.6-inch AMOLED and 12GB RAM justify it. The S8 and S8+ are easier to hold and cheaper if portability matters more.

Does it come with the S Pen and a keyboard?

The S Pen is included in the box, along with a USB-C cable. The keyboard cover is not included and is sold separately.

How long does the battery last?

Samsung rates the 11,200 mAh battery at about 8 hours. Expect less with heavy multitasking, gaming or long video calls.

Can I add more storage?

Yes. There is a microSD slot that takes cards up to 1TB, on top of the built-in storage.

Is it good for drawing and note-taking?

Yes. The included S Pen has low latency and the large screen gives plenty of canvas, which owners rate highly for sketching and handwriting.

When is the price lowest?

The best new price seen is $1,434.50 at Aeonfly as of November 5, 2026. Prices on older tablets tend to drop during Samsung sales events and around new model launches.
