Is this hamper good for a bathroom?

Only if the bathroom stays dry. Water hyacinth can warp or mildew with damp towels and steam, so a bedroom or dry closet is safer.

How much laundry does it hold?

About 2.5 bushels, roughly two to three loads for one person. It is a single section, so you cannot sort inside it.

Does it really fold flat?

Yes, the frame collapses when the hamper is empty. Expect it to take up little depth in a closet.

Wipe with a dry or barely damp cloth and let it air out. Do not machine wash or soak it.

Is $56.99 a good price?

It is the only new price listed, $56.99 at Macy's as of November 8, 2026, so there is no lower new price to compare against right now.

Will it snag my clothes?

Smooth fabrics are fine, but knits, lace and rough seams can catch on the woven fibers. A liner bag helps.
