Our take on the Sevorley Canvas Bell Camping Tent with Stove Jack

The Sevorley Canvas Bell Tent is a 3-person bell-style tent in cream Oxford fabric with a stove-jack opening for a compatible tent stove. That jack makes it a cold-weather shelter rather than a summer-only tent, and the bell shape gives standing room near the center. The best new price is $239.02 at Macy's as of November 4, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is no cheaper alternative to compare against.

Best forCold-weather campers running a tent stoveCouples or small families of up to 3Car campers who want headroomFall and early-spring base camps
Pros
  • Stove jack allows a wood or propane tent stove
  • Bell shape gives usable standing height
  • Oxford fabric is tougher than thin polyester
  • 3-person capacity suits a couple plus gear

  • Oxford fabric is heavier and bulkier than nylon
  • Not freestanding; needs staked guy lines
  • Stove, pipe and flashing are not included
  • Cream color shows dirt and soot

Questions and answers

Is the Sevorley bell tent worth $239.02?
At $239.02 at Macy's as of November 4, 2026, it is a low entry price for a canvas-style tent with a stove jack. Comparable stove-jack bell tents usually cost more, but you still need to buy a stove and pipe separately.
What size stove fits the stove jack?
The listing does not state a jack diameter, so measure the opening before buying a stove. Most portable tent stoves use 2.5 to 3-inch pipe, and the jack must match your pipe size to seal safely.
Can it be used without a stove?
Yes. The jack opening can be closed off, and the tent works as a normal 3-person bell tent in mild weather. Without a stove it offers no insulation, so it is not a winter shelter on its own.
Is it freestanding?
No. It needs stakes and guy lines to stand, and the listing advises checking campsite dimensions and leaving room for both. Pick a spot that accepts stakes, not solid rock or a wooden platform.
What is in the box?
Expect the tent body, poles, stakes and guy lines. A stove, stovepipe and any flashing are not included, and the listing does not confirm a footprint or carry bag.
When is it cheapest?
Only Macy's lists it new, so its price is the only one to watch. Markdowns are most likely around major holiday sales; check the price history before buying.
Where is the Sevorley Canvas Bell Camping Tent with Stove Jack cheapest?
At Macy's, for $239.02, 66% off, as of our latest check.
