- Does it take standard 5-gallon jugs?
- Yes. It is a top-loading dispenser built for 5-gallon water jugs, the common size sold at grocery and water-delivery stores.
- How heavy is a full jug to load?
- A full 5-gallon jug weighs about 40 lb. You lift it and set it upside down into the top opening, so plan for that if lifting is hard.
- Does it need plumbing?
- No. It is freestanding and only needs a power outlet; water comes from the jug.
- Is it good for an office?
- It can work in a small office, but the hot tank recovers slowly under heavy use and someone still has to change the jug.
- Is $99.99 a good price?
- It is the only new price listed, $99.99 at Walmart as of November 7, 2026, so there is no recent range to judge it against. Compare with other hot-and-cold dispensers before buying.
